Renewed my subscription. Friendly front desk and gym instructors ready to provide help when needed. Clean, conducive and well-equipped environment to train in peace, especially during off peak hours. Many class schedule to choose from depending on personal needs. Large clean changing room, shower room, and a small sauna room. Close to good food options in the mall.

Impressive!-this was my first impression. Loved the gym and the whole space. I decided to visit today after my friend referred me; she's been a member of Fitness First for months. Atticus made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable, making for a good session. Big thanks to Chelsea for the insightful consultation. I'm excited to work towards new goals with the Fitness First team! Mithran also made the front desk process smooth and easy. Thank you, team!

I've been a member at Fitness First Ang Mo Kio for a few months now, and it's a solid gym with a lot to offer. On the positive side, the facilities are top-notch and very well-equipped. Whether you're into free weights, machines, or cardio, they have everything you need in good condition. A major highlight is the incredible variety of classes available. From Les Mills classics like BodyPump, BodyCombat and RPM to yoga and HIIT, there's always something to fit your mood and fitness goal. The one significant downside is the crowding during peak hours (typically weekday evenings from 6-9 PM). The free weights area and popular machines can get very packed, requiring you to wait or adjust your workout. Overall,if your schedule is flexible and you can visit during off-peak hours, this is a fantastic 5-star gym. If you're limited to peak times, just be prepared for the crowds. I'd still recommend it for the excellent facilities and class variety

I've been a member of Fitness First AMK branch for a while now, and I must say, it's been a game-changer! The staff are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to accommodate my requests. What's impressed me most is how they've gotten to know me so well - they often anticipate what I need without me even having to ask! Their warm smiles and welcoming attitude make every visit a pleasure. My fitness journey has been a success, thanks in part to the supportive environment here. I've lost around 15kg in just 4-5 months, and I'm loving every minute of it! The subscription has been totally worthwhile. A special shoutout to Fafa - she's amazing at what she does! Her welcoming and approachable personality makes working out feel less daunting and more enjoyable. She's always eager to help and has been a great motivator for me. If you're looking for a gym with great service and a friendly vibe, I'd highly recommend Fitness First AMK branch! 🌟

I feel very grateful for building up better core strength ever since I started practise yoga lessons with a very knowledgeable, professional, supportive, passionate, pretty instructor Yvonne Seow in this club around 1 year ago. Her instruction is very clear, thorough and very easy to pick up. She not only patiently guides us through fundamental theoretical details but also helps correct our posture and practise so we could master the techniques and carry on good habits as part of our daily life. I always look forward to attending her classes. Fitness first provides very chill environment, thick yoga mat, rigid yoga blocks etc props, ideal for yoga practise.
