Started gym at Endavrr Fitness in Dec 2023 to prepare for my wedding in March 2024. Started with 86.8kg and ended at 76.0kg Approximately 10kg of weight loss in 3 months. Results are real and appreciate Kleeve for giving the guidance and support in nutrition tips, hacks for work and workout form.
