Cheap price and an acceptable range of equipment, with newer equipments that use air pressure which make them feel weird to use. Always crowded and becomes super crowded during peak hours. Expect to have to share equiment with multiple people and spend a lot of time waiting for your turn at equipment. Furthermore, the equipment selection is mediocre. Unreasonable rules and inconsiderate staff. Was interrupted by a staff who was an old man wearing specs during my workout. Told to workout inside the power rack instead of the front, despite there not being any signs saying that I wasn't allowed to. Then wasn't allowed to finish my next set unless i moved the J hooks with the barbell and plates inside the rack. Doesn't make sense as it wouldn't affect them in any way. The gym also often smells rancid towards the end of the day because of the sheer number of people using the equipment one after another.
View on GoogleReally great swimming and gym facilities, they also have a range of sports courts. As a tourist you can’t book online, but you can just turn up and pay around £2 for the gym and about 80p for a swim. Mainly locals and really well kept.
View on GoogleFor a “new” gym, the toilets are shockingly filthy. I understand that cleaning a gym isn’t easy, but it’s surprising how unclean they are considering how recent the gym opened. The front counter staff are consistently rude. People come here to workout, not be greeted with your negative attitude. The location and price are the only saving grace, but with cleaning this poor, the equipment won’t stay new for long.
View on GoogleGreat gym for tourists! Can rock up and pay just £2.50 for a day pass. Aircon on and there are water fountains too. It can get a little busy but still more than enough equipment available. Check the capacity online first.
View on GoogleVery spacious Sport complex. I used the gym, located on the 3rd floor and I paid about 3S$ per visit ONLY! New and numerous equipment. Showers, changing rooms, toilets are clean and new. Easily reachable by public transportation. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Mostly young people but I felt welcome and comfortable.
