A cosy gym with professional grade equipment alongside with great lighting. Also, highly recommend the kind trainers there that guides me when i’m first starting out! Strongly advise to consider their lesson if you’re first starting out

I really like this cozy gym. gym is clean n well equipped w a lot of machines. it also has got hack/V squat machine for glute training which most gyms don’t. staff r super friendly, easy going n helpful. membership is flexible n the lowest of all gyms out there. I like it that it is not crowded most of the time. it will be great if they could change off the current smith machine barbell that weight more than 20kg to a standard one that weight around 9kg to accommodate more flexible training usage. overall, I am satisfied to patronise this gym. two thumbs up.

Sick lighting with an extensive range of quality machines, especially good for back and leg training. Friendly and welcoming staffs and professional coaches. Impressive!
