Working out at BFT has been a life changing experience, it has made me stronger and fitter than before! Thanks to the warm and welcoming community, and all the supportive and superb coaches at BFT woodlands that make sessions fun and effective. The coaches are adaptable and make it accessible to people of various fitness levels. Thank you all! Special shoutout to coach Martin for not just being someone who patiently corrects our form, but also cares about our fitness journey. To coach Simon who really pushes us beyond our limits when we thought we couldn't! And to coach Remi who is also super supportive in his quiet way. Been to 7 different BFT outlets and i must say this is my favourite one so far. Apart from great coaches, the gym's big and clean, with floor to ceiling windows, equipment generally in good condition. Only wish there are toilets and better showering facilities within the gym! Highly recommend giving this a try!

Remi (Manager): Always so kind and responsive. No matter what questions I have, he replies promptly and his answers never disappoint. Coach Martin (Noah) & Coach Akid: Very observant, if they notice my workout form isn’t right, they immediately and patiently correct me. Their attention to detail keeps me safe and helps me improve. Coach Simon & Coach Book: Extremely productive and knowledgeable. They never give up on pushing me beyond my limits and they were right, I am stronger than I thought. They proved it to me! Coach Farah, Khalss & Hari: Super friendly and approachable. They never say no when you ask for help and will demo an exercise again and again until you get it right. Coach Van & Coach Rabz: Patient, encouraging, and supportive. They’ve helped me with form corrections countless times and guided me through overcoming many of my fears. Every session at BFT Woodland leaves me feeling stronger, more confident, and motivated.

There are usually at least three coaches on the floor, so someone is always available to check your form and give helpful corrections. View on GoogleMy favourite place to exercise! Bunch of amazing trainers esp Books & syamiran who always make classes more fun. People who train there are also quite friendly so it really alleviates your fears of going there alone. Made some new friends too! Gym is new so the equipment is very clean as well.
