Truth be told I’ve always found the BFT style workout classes to be problematic and beyond my abilities. Great studio with knowledgeable and welcoming coaches who genuinely care about helping you improve. They take time to guide you and correct your form. The space is clean, well maintained and smells nice! Perfect for all experience levels - highly recommend!
