BFT Orchard

The trainers at BFT Orchard will instantly make you feel welcomed. I've always had reservations about the quality of training in a program like this, but the trainers always care about form and technique and even provide modifications. No judgement from anyone in the class as well which was a huge bonus in feeling part of a fun community! Great spot to workout with friends too! I've gotten stronger and even happier too. Thank you trainers, keep being you! :)

I never thought I’d become a gym‑goer, but signing up turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The coaches are attentive and genuinely motivating, and the community is so friendly that I felt comfortable from day one. Even though I’m not a typical gym person, I’ve been enjoying the classes a lot.

BFT Orchard is amazing! The program itself is incredibly well-designed — every day is different, so all you have to do is show up and follow the workout. If you stay consistent, your body really transforms. I’ve personally experienced a full body transformation thanks to BFT.
