This branch has encouraging and good vibe coaches who aren’t overly pushy and stern. They still corrects form and provide clear guidance, but in a gentle way. Great place to start for a newbie who has zero exercise foundation and it doesn’t feel intimidating. Most importantly, individual needs to be discipline enough to push yourself to come training and increase frequency gradually (at your own pace). No drama, no attitude but just focused on helping each other to become better 🥰 Thank you to all the coaches who has remained patient and professional throughout the sessions
