Trainers are helpful and definitely focused on form over weight/volume. That helped me get better at techniques, and grew my skills in explaining things as well. Trainers also had great suggestions for adapting exercises in case of injury, just let them know. Clean towels for showering and (free!!...

The studio is clean, great shower facilities. The team is very friendly and helpful. I started BFT journey from previous sports injury and itβs a must to have trainer who understands my requirements. Classmates at this outlet are friendly and helpful too π

Welcoming and fun place to enjoy a quick 50 minute workout. Staff are all super nice and workouts are beginner friendly/progressive. Would recommend!

Good vibes + Nice coaches + AWEsome community. BFT workouts build up progressively β just show up, and the results will follow. The support is real, the energyβs always high. No egos, just sweat, laughs, and gains. Come for the fitness, stay because your glutes wonβt let you leave. ππ€π€

Love the coaches here! So personable and always fun to talk to. They are also serious about making sure you get your form right and push you when they feel you are ready. The community here is wonderful as well! :)
