And just like that, our 2025 Hyrox Season 2 Training comes to a close at BFT Farrer Park! 💥 We wrapped things up with a full Hyrox simulation two weeks ago and had the privilege of hosting @iamjiaen and @riallyitsme , two incredible fitness creators who brought nothing but energy, grit, and good vibes. I’ve been coming to BFT Farrer Park and it has been such an amazing experience! The workouts are always engaging, well-structured, and suitable for all fitness levels. I started with zero confidence in strength training especially deadlifts, which I had never done before. But the coaches here have helped me grow so much, and I now feel stronger and more confident every week. A big thank you to Lynn, Nash, Shiyi, Mingwei, and Ray They’ve been incredibly encouraging, always pushing me while making sure I’m moving with proper form so I don’t injure myself. Their guidance has made such a difference, and they truly value-add to the 8-Week Challenge by offering advice on healthier eating and building good habits. The energy at both studios is consistently positive. I always feel welcome, comfortable, and motivated every time I step in. Desire to participate in Hyrox drove me to join BFT at Farer Park center . I have been training for Hyrox and I can’t say enough about how incredible the coaches and classes have been . The coaching team is truly exceptional -knowledgeable, motivating and always attentive to proper form and technique . Thanks Nahshon and Ray ! Each session is well structured and challenging with a proper balance between endurance, strength and fitness . The coaches push you to give your best while maintaining a supportive and encouraging atmosphere . Thanks to their expert guidance , i have seen real improvement in my performance , confidence and overall fitness . View on GoogleGreat gym and coaches! Thankful for my friend Rachel who invited me to join BFT FP for their hyrox trainings on Saturdays when we first sign up for our hyrox race in June. I was no where near fit but trainings are progressive and coaches are very encouraging. We thoroughly enjoyed our first race, now on to season 2 of hyrox training, really appreciate switch up to ensure we are progressing and not doing the same thing while making new comers welcome as well. Great community, will recommend anyone who is looking for a great hyrox training gym or just want to keep fit!
