BFT Bukit Timah

Great community and amazing coaches. I went from avoiding cardio to finishing four Hyrox races in one and a half year. My whole view of fitness shifted. I feel stronger, faster, and sharper.

Wonderful community, great coaches who care, and it feels good everytime after a class! I go everyday except when on holidays. There is never a boring class!

i LOVE this outlet. i always feel intimidated attending new gyms / bft outlets alone but no ragrats mustering the courage to come solo. i found myself attending this outlet religiously after the first time because: 1. the trainers r all beastssss 🥺 they are also really technically sound and good teachers. i have learnt so much from them. furthermore, they are vvv welcoming even tho this is not my home gym. if u r lucky u get to see the trainer's qt corgi too! 2. the community is very friendly. many members come for a chat and are always so smiley :) th average fitness level is also very high which motivates me to push harder!!! 3. the space is top tier! this gym is one of most spacious outlets and is very well equipped - even in a full class, no one has to fight for the weights they need. also has 3 shower stalls and a toilet. i'm never late for work due to a shower queue 4. their schedule runs up to 8pm (so hardworking?!) so i can attend classes even if i have to work OT 5. so many nice cafes in the area u can chill out at and indulge after a hard sesh 6. self check in makes so much sense! no overcrowding at the entrance etc

The whole program is fun and I enjoy every moment here at BFT. The team of coaches is very knowledgeable and supportive. On the top of everything they make each session funny even though I am dying… I am smiling 😂🏋🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️ Good job Team 😎

LIFE CHANGING is the best way to describe BFT Bukit Timah. This gym has changed my life. I am a mother of 2 sets of twins: 12 months & 4.5 years olds. I have been going to the gym ever since I was 17 (now 44), and nothing has really ever stuck besides hot yoga. I never really enjoyed running, cardio and/or lifting until BFT Bukit Timah (just 8 months ago). I started when my boys turned 4 months. Now they are 12 months, and I have lost so much weight and toned up. And I LOOK FORWARD to going to the gym EVERY-DAY. Additionally I competed in HYROX SG 2024 just 2 weeks ago. MAJOR accomplishment and I OWE ALL OF IT TO BFT BT. BFT BT is NOT only a gym, its a community of friends and exceptional coaches. Its my 2nd home; its my happy place. Its THE GIFT I give myself. And I know 99% of the clients here feel the same way I do.
