My mum and I have been regulars at BFT AMK for 1.5 to 2 years, and we’ve seen great improvements to the community, space, and trainers — which is a testimony to them incorporating client feedback! I’d like to shoutout Muhsin who regularly coaches the 6am class and is always on time. The vibes are always cheerful and supportive, and he’s been very encouraging alongside my HYROX training. People are warm and friendly at the gym, and exercise form is always being corrected + trainers ready to help spot your weight training. I’d highly recommend BFT AMK — especially for the good energy in the 6am sesh!
View on GoogleI was super nervous walking in. I'm not exactly the fittest person, but the trainers at BFT made me feel instantly welcome. The session itself was tough for me but in the best way as I never been into workout for years. All the trainers were amazing at correcting my form without making me feel awkward and kept the energy high the whole time. The programming is fantastic. It never gets stale because it changes every day. One day it's strength, the next it's cardio. No boring treadmill runs here. The class flew by and I'm actually excited to go back. Hence, i signed up after my 3 weeks trial. 👍

Trainers always showing their supportive and motivation to all members. They will look arounds during the workout, guide you on how to perform the exercise without injury. Definitely I can feel that my strength and endurance have been improved a lot now! It’s never too late to start your journey at here.

I came in alone with no prior gym experience, but it wasn’t intimidating at all thanks to the attentive and approachable coaches - they’re quick to correct form and adjust things to our level.
