Was looking for a place to restart my fitness routine and learn the basics of gym equipment and form. Started here in August and Emanuel has done a great job making each session accessible and fun! It didn’t feel like I was pushing my limits, but after a couple weeks I already felt stronger, more stable and toned in my day to day life and much better performance in my other sports too. He’s attentive and knowledgeable and gave great advice on making my fitness journey sustainable. The gym itself is small but well-equipped and never overly crowded. Great vibes all around and you can tell that the trainers are all good friends and chill people. Convenient location in the neighbourhood too, just a straight walk down from Kovan MRT.

I've been training with Winnie since Nov 2024, and I can't recommend her enough! She is just awesome. From day one, she's been incredibly attentive, really listening to my goals and tailoring workouts that are both challenging and fun. What I appreciate most is how supportive and motivating she is. I started my PT journey with Emanuel at Athlete Chambers in January 2024, and it’s been such a rewarding experience. He’s dedicated, patient, and always makes the effort to understand my goals and adjust the training to suit my fitness level. The gym is will equipped with all the appropriate gym training equipment. Trainers are all very friendly and walking into the gym makes one feel comfortable and not feel intimidated. My personal trainer Andrew took time to understand my objective, curate the set of exercises which varies weekly that activate the relevant muscle groups and increases the weights when he is confident that I’m more than ready. I’ve engaged Andrew since 2017 and I’m a strong advocate of engaging a personal trainer rather than diy to avoid sustaining injury and also to offer that little nudge which helps drive improvement in the overall fitness journey.
