Ark Liv Downtown East

A very comfortable women's gym in a convenient location. It has many machines that are a great and high quality. However, the gym space is a bit cramped and the machines are quite close to each other. Would recommend to go during off-peak periods cos it feels cramped very quickly. Gym goers also tend to hog machines for a while. Also, there used to a be an area to practise wall balls in the previous gym location. But currently it's no longer available. The shower facilities and changing area is very clean and comfortable.

Love this gym. it’s been the saving grace for my mental and physical health. Love the safety i feel over here. but i’ve been at the gym for 2+ years. the hip thrust machine has gone unfixed for months. and it’s also unpleasant having to wait (> 30minutes) for the treadmill because now it’s down to 2 functioning ones. We have schedules :( please, please fix the treadmill situation at least. i also hate the guilt i feel for sticking to my 1 hour walks, because i know others are waiting. But this is what has worked for my weight loss. it’s just stressful now. :(

First time via classpass. Loving the studio and women friendly. No judgement. Friendly receptionist. Gym is very clean and plenty of machine to work on. I will definitely return again.

By far the best ALL WOMEN'S GYM in Singapore!!! Love it! Hoping they will open up more of the women's gym in the North(Yishun,Sembawang,Woodlands)!!!

The simple shopfront leads you through a magical Narnia door into an elegantly designed all-female fitness gym with beautiful showers and changing areas that look like they popped out of an interior design magazine. The path then leads you further into a spacious fitness area and you'll be like "what? there's still more?" Fitness buffs will be pleased with the quality gym equipment and those interested in a fun workout can also hang around the cool bouldering area. I just love stepping into Ark Liv whether to stay in shape or simply have an awesome time with my girls. A hidden gem in Pasir Ris
