This is a great gym. I’ve been to a few gyms in Singapore, and this one is reasonably priced. You can cancel the membership anytime and join again easily. Decent location. Has the older equipment. A bit cramped. Some Machines and cables only go up to 70kg. Some Machines I like are: Converging incline chest press. Seated hamstring curl. Lacks a chest supported machine row.

It's a basic gym that has the rack for deadlift, rack for squats, bench press, seated hack squat, and smith machine. Sufficient for a quick 30 minute strength training workout. Can it be improved? No. It has very limited space as it currently stands.

Totally user friendly. In my perspective & the pricepoint that I paid for. This gym facility is sufficient enough for me. As compare to nearby AF, the crowd here is way better, really can’t complain anymore. Toilet wise is decent. There are 2 cubicles for each gender. Didn’t come gym for the toilets...
