ActiveSG Gym @ Enabling Village

I have been joining the master chair workout class conducted by Chelvam for 5 years now. I have benefited a lot from the class. It helps to improve my strength & mobility. Chelvam gives very clear instructions for the exercises and always taking very good care of the senior participants.

Both my husband and myself have started attending the chair yoga class with Chelvam at Enabling village in Lengkok Bahru for about 5 months now . Every lesson is enjoyable with good workout routines on core muscles. Chelvam is very dedicated and mindful of our safety by ensuring that we do the exercises correctly with no injury. We are very happy working out with her and always look forward to having lessons with her . Thank you Chelvam for your dedication .

To : Ms Chelvam for Masterclass Chair Workout. Greatest appreciation to Ms Chelvam for her dedication to conduct the classes regularly for the seniors. Great opportunity for us to workout every week and to mix with other seniors. Please continue the good work to keep us healthy.

This has to be the worst ActoveSG gym I've been to. Location is in Enabling Village which is fairly central. Yet the equipments are old, dated and really not fully equipped. Its like all the equipments here are salvaged from the branches when they change to newer equipments. Looks damn pathetic when I see our seniors exercising there. Please provide them with better n newer equipments. Come on ActiveSG. You can do better than this. Dont waste money coming here.

This gym that grew on me, that I've frequent for the past 3 years have a very family-like atmosphere. Especially with Gym Instructors ike Mr. Tony Goh whom i have the utmost pleasure to be acquainted with through this Gym. He's always there to lend his expertise & a helping hand especially to anyone in need. Very calm & opened, always leading with a smile. He helps everyone, & add an extra pleasure to working out here. He's truly an asset to your organisation.
