ABOUT
This Dover spot feels more like a community sports facility than your typical commercial gym, making it ideal if you prefer a less intimidating, neighborhood vibe over flashy fitness chains. You'll need to call for pricing since they don't do day passes, but with solid 4.3-star ratings from locals, it's clearly doing something right for the Dover crowd.

Their gym is accessible to alumni, at a discounted rate. The name of the gym is called Super Gym so that should give you an idea on the size and equipment here.
