Had a good 1st experience. Though the gym is not big but it’s still a good size, fully equipped with all the machines for a good full body workout. Staff were all very professional and friendly. Location is very good, just opposite Canberra mrt and it’s open 24/7!

If you are looking for a Personal Trainer who makes every session fun and motivating, DJ is your guy! He's professional, encouraging, and incredibly patient — always willing to repeat instructions and correct my form no matter how many times I forget. Since I have started training with him, I’ve gained overall muscle, improved my strength, and become more confident in my body! The gym's location is also super convenient — fully sheltered from Canberra MRT station, rain or shine! It would be even better if they offered more perks for loyal customers.

4 stars for the gym, but 5 stars for my personal trainer. Loving My Training with Personal Trainer DJ! DJ is my PT — young, full of energy, super friendly and cheerful! His clear guidance and constant encouragement really helped me see results fast. Even though my weight didn’t change much, my body clearly dropped a size. The most exciting part? That dream booty every girl wants — it’s finally separated from my thighs! The curves are more defined and fuller now, which makes me feel so much more confident. Besides the physical changes, I can feel my stamina and overall energy getting better too — I feel stronger, and even my presence feels more powerful. If he gives me a better deal next round, I might just sign up for another package! 😄

My concerns regarding the current state of 24 Fitness Gym. As a paying member, I have noticed a significant decline in maintenance, service quality, and overall gym management. 1. Lack of Weight Management – Weights are frequently left scattered around the gym, and despite having a policy that members should return them, it is neither enforced nor addressed by staff. This creates a disorganized and unsafe workout environment. 2. Unmaintained Water Dispenser – The water dispenser does not properly drain dirty water, raising hygiene concerns for members who rely on it. 3. Lack of Retention Efforts for Existing Members – Despite renewing a one-year membership, there are no incentives or appreciation for long-term members. It is disappointing to see that even a simple welcome gift, such as a towel, is only given to new members while existing members receive nothing. 4. Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance – Trash bins are often full and left unattended. Additionally, while gym equipment is still in decent condition, it is noticeably not maintained as frequently as when the previous manager was in charge. I strongly urge management to address these issues, as they directly impact the quality of the gym experience. I hope to see improvements in maintenance, policy enforcement, and overall member satisfaction. Thanks.

Absolutely in love with Gymmboxx, especially this outlet! Super clean and smells nice! Equipments are well-maintained, and if there’s some faulty issues, they will get it fixed asap. Staffs’ always collecting feedbacks from their members to constantly improve. Recently they added some good machines like the Hip Thrust, Pendulum squat etc. Best part is the warm fuzzy feeling when you step into the gym. All the staffs are super friendly, especially Kak Jul, always smiley! Kudos to all!🔥
