The staff are friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience. Their positive attitude creates a warm, comfortable atmosphere that makes the gym a pleasant place to work out. You can tell they care about making everyone feel at ease and supported.

My safe place for the past year! Very clean, very nice and attentive staff, the equipments are up-to date and the showers are also neat and tidy! Thank you Uncle Hassan and Hafa for making this gym feel like home!

Great experience at 24/7 Fitness Keat Hong CC. Range of equipments like Gym80, LifeFitness and Hammer Strength. Personal favourites will be the Cybex Hack Squat and the Gym80 Pendulum Squat. Really recommend 👍. The owners Hassan & Hafa were also very helpful and friendly.
